Opening the doors is a milestone. Building a healthcare business that can stand on its own is the real work.

My new consulting office in Daytona Beach, Florida, is a home base for that work: helping healthcare entrepreneurs turn ideas, struggling operations and expansion plans into practical next steps.

I’m AJ Pakpour, a healthcare entrepreneur, Vice President of Doctor Staffers and creator of The Business of Modern Medicine. I’ve been building and operating healthcare businesses since 2004. That experience shapes how I approach consulting. A business plan has to work beyond a spreadsheet, in the daily decisions owners make about staffing, operations, expenses and growth.

My office is based in Daytona Beach, but my consulting work serves healthcare business owners nationwide through virtual strategy sessions.
